Tree Surgery

We undertake all sizes of removals in a safe and controlled manner with the aim of reducing impact to surrounding environments and structures. This can be done either by felling from ground level or through climbing and rigging techniques.

Dismantles and Felling

There are many approaches to “tidy up” a tree without removing it. This could be a reduction in the volume of the tree, thinning of the canopy, dead wooding to remove any potentially hazardous branches, or a raising of the canopy to open the area below.

Pruning

Leafy matter and branches from tree work can either be chipped and left on site, or removed depending on the situation and needs.
The larger sections of wood can also be left in various sizes on site or removed aswell.

By-product Solutions

After removing a tree the remaining stump and roots can be ground out leaving a mulch of chips that will blend back into the ground.

Stump grinding

Often trees don’t come to attention until they become high risk due to deterioration, damage or disease.
We can work alongside traffic management in order to deal with trees which are overhanging or alongside the road aswell as working to stabilise trees which have been damaged by winds.

Complex, Roadside and Unstable Trees

Larger or specialised projects can require the use of machinery to make them safer and more efficient.
We have access to a variety of these machines including Merlo Roto with grapple saw, MEWP’s, excavators and tractors.
